New and Current Student Registration

New students may be enrolled starting at 2 1/2 years old Toddler (Pre-Nursery). Toddler students should be at least 2 ½ years old. Please see potty training note for new toddler students.

All other students should have had their birthday on or before December 1st of the current year, as follows:

Nursery - Nursery students should be 3 years old.

Pre-Kindergarten - Pre-Kindergarten students should be 4 years old.

Kindergarten - Kindergarten students should be 5 years old.

First Grade - First grade students should be 6 years old, and so on.

Cases for older children, 8 years and older, with or without previous Armenian education, must be discussed with the principal. 

Throughout the years, we have noticed a tremendous difference in the discipline and behavior of our students on days when they wear uniforms.

In response to many parents’ suggestions, we are pleased to require the uniform to be worn in grades 1st through 7th, every Saturday. Boys wear navy pants, white shirt, and the navy tie and girls wear navy skirt, white blouse, and the school’s red scarf. Ties and scarves can be purchased at our school on any Saturday. 

Pre-School Students (Toddlers, Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten) should bring a box lunch for their snack time each time each week. Please make sure that your child has a healthy breakfast before coming to school since snack time is not until 11:30 AM. Please do not send hard candy, potato chips, nuts, pop corn, etc., which can be dangerous and messy for your child to eat. Also, please do not send anything containing peanuts as it has become common for many children to have allergies to them. Please try to send juice boxes and not thermoses, which are very difficult for children to manipulate.

All Students Older students may also bring a snack for their snack time. We also have a snack bar open during school hours for students to purchase a snack or drink at a minimal cost.

Pre-School classes (Toddlers, Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten Grades): end their day at 1:00 PM

All other grades (1st through 7th): end their day at 1:15PM

Dismissal Pre-school Students (Toddlers, Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten) and grades, 1st, 2nd and 3rd must wait in their respective classrooms and must be picked up be the parent.

Students in Grades 4th through 7th must wait in the school lobby (entrance hall) and must be picked up by the parent inside the building. Please be prompt.
